Our Breeding
Team TRUE HORSES present you our breeding. We not only sell dressage horses, but we also breed and train foals! Our breeding is based in the Netherlands at Van Baalen Stables.
We curate all the processes ourselves with the help of professionals; the quality of a mare is paramount to us.
Currently, we have two breeding mares sourced through Oldenburg breeding. One of our mares is by 13yo stallion Foundation, which is currently ridden by German dressage rider Matthias Rath, who still competes with him. They recently scored 75.040% in GP freestyle at the Crozet show, placing 3rd.
The other mare is by 17 yo KWPN stallion Cennin, ridden by a Dutch rider Madeleine Witte-Vrees. Their recent competition was GP unique in 2021 at the Grote-Brogel show and they scored over 70%. This year we are receiving the 4 rd generation of foals with one already born.
Two mares that we had in 2020 are now sold so this is the list of our youngsters at the moment:
• 2 two-year old mares, Vieni Vidi Vici by Valverde x Cenin and Savageunne by Springbank x Foundation
• 2 yearlings- a stallion Jupeter by Jovian x Cenin and a mare Super Sonic by So Unique x

Jovian 2015 KWPN
Jovian 2015 KWPN – this is the father of our baby Jupiter! Top breeding stallion! The star of 2021!
Two-time champion of WCYH (World Young Horses Championship) in 2019 & 2021 for 5 and 7 yo stallions and Andreas Helgstrand. His sire Apache was the KWPN Reserve Champion in ‘s-Hertogenbosch and an outstanding winner of the stallion competition in winter 2011/12.
